FedEx Ground - 5 to 7 business days + 24-48 hours to process the order. FedEx 3Day Express Saver - 3 to 4 business days + 24-48 hours to process the order. FedEx 2Day - Delivery within 2 business days + 24-48 hours to process the order. FedEx Standard Overnight - Delivery within 1 business day + 24-48 hours to process the order. For Hawaii and Alaska customers, FedEx can only ship via 2Day Air and the shipping time will not be guaranteed. Cell Phones Plus will default to and charge for 2Day Air. FedEx only offers 2Day service to Hawaii and Alaska. If you have selected FedEx Saver as your preferred shipping option and attempt to checkout, the shipping method will default to 2Day and you will subsequently be charged accordingly. All orders require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping. Cell Phones Plus does not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays but will process your order ASAP Monday morning unless a holiday over laps at that time or day. Deliveries will not be possible on Sunday. Cell Phones Plus does not guarantee same day shipping. Cell Phones Plus offers FedEx ground to Canada only for international shipping. All orders shipped within Wisconsin to a Wisconsin location will be assessed state sales tax. Please note that the sales tax on orders is calculated based upon the total price of the order, including shipping and handling. The tax imposed by Wisconsin on shipping and handling is part of the state sales tax, not a separate tax. The majority of our items are shipped from within the United States. However, some are shipped from overseas. Those items will be shipped 2 day air directly to you. If you choose the Overnight shipping option you will be refunded the difference, if you choose Ground or Third Day, you have received a FREE SHIPPING UPGRADE. In the unfortunate occasion that you can only receive packages via USPS we will have the item shipped from our supplier to our warehouse and then re-ship this to you via USPS at not extra charge. SHIPPING CHARGES Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the Cell Phones Plus invoice. Return Policy7-Day Return Policy If you are not satisfied with a product within the first 7 calendar days from the date of receipt: Cell Phones Plus will offer a refund* provided that the product is in brand new condition** (sellable as brand new) and contains all instruction books, cords, accessories, and any other items that were originally included with the product. All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear and tear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Cell Phones Plus will charge an additional 20% restocking fee if the product is missing instruction books, original box, or software CDs. Missing cords, accessories, or any other items that were originally included with the product will be charged separately at market price. If the product is not in acceptable return condition*** Cell Phones Plus will refuse to accept the return and will not authorize any refunds. No phone with a talk time greater than 30 minutes will be accepted. No returns will be accepted after 7 calendar days from receipt date. There are no exceptions. *Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, Cell Phones Plus will refund your purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift packaging, applicable restocking fees and/or any other charges. Cell Phones Plus is not responsible for shipping charges on returns. **brand new condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes and the talk time of the phone is under 30 minutes. ***Cell Phones Plus reserves the right to classify the condition of any product. A not acceptable return condition is for a phone with scratches, marks, or blemishes Etc, or phone talk time over 30 minutes. 7-Day Exchange DOA/Defective Policy Cell Phones Plus 7-Day Exchange DOA/Defective Policy does not cover the following: -Physical damage due to improper handling -Water damage -Damage due to Acts of God -Damage for using accessories that are not specified in the user manual -Network Issues like dropped calls, low signal, Etc Cell Phones Plus determines if a phone as defective when none of the above apply and the phone: -Cannot place phone calls -Cannot send text messages -Browse -Send e-mails -Etc Cell Phones Plus will reject any item as a defective item if at least one of the following conditions applies: -The seals on the product have been tampered -The IMEI on the phone has been removed -The software of the phone has been changed by means of flashing the OS, re-programming the phone, or any other alteration. -The phone has more than 30 minutes talk time Please note that Cell Phones Plus gets its products from around the globe, they are not necessarily 100% compatible with all the services provided by your GSM Service Provider. Please confirm first the compatibility of our product with added services such as GPRS, MMS, SMS, and others. An item will not be considered as defective for incompatibility issues with services from your GSM Service Provider. If a product is defective within the first 7 calendar days from the date of receipt: Cell Phones Plus will repair the product or replace the product for a new product if the product is not repairable within 7 business days of receipt. Any and all instruction books, cords, accessories, or any other items that were originally included with the product will not be replaced unless they are found to be defective. If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, we will cover shipping charges up to a maximum of $15.00 USD when sending the item back to us for repair or exchange. If you wish to return a defective product for a refund a 20% re-stocking fee will apply. If a product is defective after 7 calendar days from the date of receipt: Any and all defective products are exclusively supported by their manufacturer after 7 calendar days from date of receipt.
