Handsets and OEM Accessories Warranty

Most Brand New Handsets and OEM Accessories come with a One Year Manufacturer's Warranty, unless otherwise specified.

Manufacturer warranty does not apply to Blackberry products.

BRANDED UNLOCKED PHONES:

Unlocking carrier branded devices voids any warranty these devices have. However, they can be sent out for warranty by a service provider. If you have an account with the service provider to which the phone was locked to. The carrier will honor these if it is not known that the device was unlocked for any reason. Otherwise there is no warranty associated with these devices. In these cases we recommend you purchase the CPS Warranty available on the products page. CPS warranties cover your devices anywhere from 1 to 4 years from the date of purchase for an additional cost.

All warranty claims placed 7 calendar days after the receipt date shall be directed to the product manufacturer, and shall be subject to manufacturer's warranties and return policies, if any.

The manufacturer's warranty is offered by the manufacturer only, not Cell Phones Plus, and maybe be restricted by geographical constraints. The manufacturer determines in which country the item must be sent to for servicing. Please note that the servicing country can be other than United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.

Cell Phones Plus is not responsible for any service issues 7 calendar days after the receipt date.
